Feel the beating heart of Saint Petersburg

The cultural capital of Russia - St Petersburg is a unique and controversial city comprising not only imperial history but a rapidly changing modern culture scene as well.

A guide, who is passionate about the city she lives in with all its idiosyncrasies - is the best company for a curious and open-minded traveller.

Are you the one?

Then come stroll with me! And I will lead you along the weaving paths of by-gone times and characters into a world full of unexpected discoveries and funny stories: from a massive fortress and multiple cathedrals to palaces and royal residences, along the river embankments with the best view in the world to wonderful parks and fountains, from baroque and classical architecture landmarks to dark yards and street art of the modern age.

I will make your trip safe and stress-free. I understand the hassle to be in a country where you can’t understand the language and can’t even read the street signs. I will guide you through all that with my knowledge and understanding. I do speak English and French and offer walking tours in the historic downtown as well as lesser known districts of the city.

With the help of a guide who is also a professional photographer you will have a great opportunity to find the best picture spots and views of St Petersburg to practice the art of photography if you wish to do so. You will receive a personal tutorship during this workshop when you choose to book one.

Any combination of a tour and a photography is possible - walking tour, photo stroll when I take photos of you with the beautiful background of St Petersburg, or a walking photo workshop to get an upgrade of your photographic skills.

I enjoy being the first person you meet here, and showing you around on your first day, giving you plenty of ideas and advice for your solo discoveries. Also have fun taking you on strolls for savvy tourists. If you've seen everything from the guide book I will know the places to show you: a local "Bermuda triangle" , a massive architectural wonder - the apartment building that takes up the entire block, an anticafe in a former mansion or a semi-destroyed church that once was a dance hall. Awe-inspiring memories are guaranteed.
